Born and raised in Ogden, Charlie and Rashell Pentecost are the husband-and-wife team behind Wasatch Legacy Remodeling & Design. As a woman-owned business, they combine craftsmanship, organization, and genuine care to create not just beautiful spaces—but unforgettable experiences for every client.
Charlie brings years of residential and commercial construction experience, along with a strong background in project management. He’s passionate about creating spaces that are functional, durable, and thoughtfully crafted to fit each client’s lifestyle.
Rashell, who holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, transitioned from education into the business full-time to lead operations, client communication, and project coordination. Her meticulous attention to detail and organizational strengths ensure every step of the process feels smooth, supported, and stress-free.
Together, Charlie and Rashell believe that every project is an opportunity to build lasting relationships. They work closely with clients from start to finish, making the process transparent, collaborative, and enjoyable. Their goal is for every client to feel heard, valued, and excited about the transformation of their space.
Outside of work, they enjoy golfing, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with their kids and grandson. As a family and a company, they proudly support the Wounded Warrior Project, honoring those who have served and giving back to a cause close to their hearts.
Their mission is simple: create meaningful, long-lasting spaces while providing an experience rooted in trust, communication, and genuine connection.

Anthony Herbert, Project Coordinator
I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the process of bringing a project to life — from the initial plans to the final walk-through. As a Project Lead and Estimator at Wasatch Legacy, I enjoy working closely with clients, managing timelines, and making sure every detail is done right. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that values quality craftsmanship and clear communication.
Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with my fiancé, Aspen, and our golden retriever, Wini.

Will Jorensen, Project Coordinator
With over 15 years of experience in the construction trades, I’m a passionate and highly skilled craftsman working in both residential and commercial construction. While I’m proficient in all phases of a project—from breaking ground to final touch-ups—I specialize in structural repairs and modernizing historic structures.
I’m known for clear communication, hands-on involvement, and a strong work ethic. Motivated by my family and rooted in a tradition of hardworking tradesmen, I value every team member and every task equally. I believe that shared knowledge, teamwork, and a common purpose are key to achieving success on every project.

Bob Templeton, Estimator/Project Manager
I have over 20 years of experience in excavating and heavy equipment work, and over the years I’ve become a true jack-of-all-trades. I take pride in bringing solid craftsmanship, problem-solving, and a love for the work to every project. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing a job done right and knowing I had a hand in making it happen.
I’m married to my beautiful wife, Sheena, and together we have six kids and one grandbaby who keeps us smiling. As a family, we love spending time outdoors and enjoying everything Utah has to offer—from camping and exploring to just being out in the fresh air.
I’m grateful to do what I love every day and to be part of a team that values hard work and integrity.

Troy Tonks, Project Manager
I have over 30 years of construction and project management experience. I had worked for a local roofing company for over 20 years and I have enjoyed the change of coming over to Wasatch Legacy. I enjoy getting to know our clients and fulfilling their remodeling dreams. In my free time, I enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and spending time with my wife, kids and grandkids.

Chris Barnard, Site Foreman

I am excited to be apart of the Wasatch Legacy team and working on your projects. My hobbies are skateboarding, snowboarding, and golf. And I've recently picked up an interest in cooking.

Robin Stout, Draftsman
I have a background in design and drafting, with many years of experience creating detailed plans for commercial signage projects. My work required precision, creativity, and a strong attention to detail—skills that I now bring to my role at Wasatch Legacy Remodeling & Design.
As a draftsman, I enjoy taking ideas and turning them into clear, buildable plans that help projects move smoothly from concept to construction. I work closely with our team to create accurate drawings and designs that support both our clients' vision and our field crews' success.
I take pride in producing quality work, solving design challenges, and helping bring remodeling and construction projects to life. Seeing a project go from an idea on paper to a finished space is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Logan Herbert, Field Crew Technician
I’ve always enjoyed working in the construction industry and take pride in being part of projects that make a difference. I’ve spent a couple of summers with Wasatch Legacy and also gained valuable experience working for Whitaker Construction, where I continued to build my skills and passion for the trade. I enjoy learning new techniques, working with my team, and helping bring projects to life. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me at a concert, out on the golf course, or snowboarding in the mountains.

Parker Ferrin, Field Crew Technician
I’m Parker, and I’ve really enjoyed working at Wasatch Legacy and learning new skills along the way. I take pride in the work I do and appreciate being part of a team that values quality and growth.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hunting, and riding ATVs. I also value time with my family and friends and try to make the most of every chance I get to be with them. I’m grateful to be part of the Wasatch Legacy team and look forward to continuing to grow here.

Bradyn Butler, Field Crew Technician

From crafting scroll-stopping posts to keeping our brand voice strong and consistent, I focus on connecting with our audience in a way that feels genuine and engaging.
When I’m not planning content or curating the perfect feed, I’m usually doing what I love most—working as a nail tech, spending time with my fiancé Anthony, or snuggling my adorable pup, Wini. Whether I’m behind the camera or behind the scenes, I bring energy, creativity, and heart to every project.

Olivia Herbert, Project Cleaning Specialist
I enjoy helping create a clean, comfortable environment for our clients throughout their remodeling projects. With three years of customer service experience, I understand the importance of making every client feel valued while ensuring their home stays as clean and organized as possible during construction. I take pride in the details and love knowing my work helps make the remodeling process a little less stressful. When I’m not at work, I enjoy shopping, camping, and playing pickleball with family and friends.

Phillip Sagardoy, CFO
I’m passionate about numbers and love working with spreadsheets—I can tackle just about anything that involves math or organization. Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and making sure the numbers always add up is what I do best.
I’m married to my wonderful wife, Carrie, and together we love traveling as a family and exploring new places whenever we can. Even though I work with numbers, my favorite moments are the ones spent with family and seeing the world through their eyes.
