Together, Charlie and Rashell believe that every project is an opportunity to build lasting relationships. They work closely with clients from start to finish, making the process transparent, collaborative, and enjoyable. Their goal is for every client to feel heard, valued, and excited about the transformation of their space.
Outside of work, they enjoy golfing, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with their kids and grandson. As a family and a company, they proudly support the Wounded Warrior Project, honoring those who have served and giving back to a cause close to their hearts.
Their mission is simple: create meaningful, long-lasting spaces while providing an experience rooted in trust, communication, and genuine connection.

Sam Bartling, Project Coordinator
Relationships are very important to me. Taking the time to get to know you and your needs and desires to fulfill your remodel dreams gives me purpose. I love spending time with my family and doing things that bring them joy! In my free time, I shoot professional fireworks displays and fly RC aircraft.

As a Project Lead and Estimator at Wasatch Legacy, I enjoy working closely with clients, managing timelines, and making sure every detail is done right. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that values quality craftsmanship and clear communication.
Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with my girlfriend, Aspen, and our golden retriever, Wini.

I’m married to my beautiful wife, Sheena, and together we have six kids and one grandbaby who keeps us smiling. As a family, we love spending time outdoors and enjoying everything Utah has to offer—from camping and exploring to just being out in the fresh air.
I’m grateful to do what I love every day and to be part of a team that values hard work and integrity.

Alexa Naylor, Designer
I love helping people tell their story through design. With a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute and over nine years of experience in high-end residential design, lighting, and furniture design, I bring both creativity and technical expertise to every project.
For me, interior design is about more than just making a space look beautiful—it’s about creating a feeling. Every color, pattern, shape, and texture should work together to make a space that’s uniquely yours and truly brings you joy. I believe that filling your home with things you love is what transforms a house into a home.
Before starting my own studio, I worked with several high-end design firms, designed furniture for an established brand, and helped run Concrete and Copper Co. with my husband. All of these experiences shaped my approach and fueled my passion for helping people discover their style and love their homes.
Every project I take on begins with a simple black line—a starting point for a design story that’s all about you.

Aspen Naylor, Social Media Marketing Director
I am the creative force behind our social media. I’m passionate about content, beauty, and storytelling, and I love bringing strategy and style to everything I create. From crafting scroll-stopping posts to keeping our brand voice strong and consistent, I focus on connecting with our audience in a way that feels genuine and engaging.
When I’m not planning content or curating the perfect feed, I’m usually doing what I love most—working as a nail tech, spending time with my boyfriend Anthony, or snuggling my adorable pup, Wini. Whether I’m behind the camera or behind the scenes, I bring energy, creativity, and heart to every project.

Tayler Gager, Project Cleaning Specialist
I’m the Project Cleaning Specialist here at Wasatch Legacy. I’m a mom of three, and I love bringing that same sense of care, order, and attention to detail into every home and jobsite I work on. Keeping our clients’ spaces clean, organized, and comfortable throughout each stage of the project is something I take a lot of pride in—it’s my way of helping make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my kids and our dogs, or out enjoying the outdoors. Whether it’s fresh air, family time, or a freshly cleaned space, I believe the little things make the biggest difference.

Phillip Sagardoy, Keeper Of The Books
I’m passionate about numbers and love working with spreadsheets—I can tackle just about anything that involves math or organization. Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and making sure the numbers always add up is what I do best.
I’m married to my wonderful wife, Carrie, and together we love traveling as a family and exploring new places whenever we can. Even though I work with numbers, my favorite moments are the ones spent with family and seeing the world through their eyes.
